Terms of Service

By using EmeLearn, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 to use EmeLearn and meet any higher age or parental-permission requirements that apply where you live. The app's age confirmation is not identity or parental-consent verification. Do not use the service if you do not meet the applicable requirements.

Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and activity that occurs through your account. Do not share passwords or sign-in codes.

Acceptable use

Use EmeLearn for lawful educational and collaborative purposes. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, abuse features, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.

Groups and chat

Group and chat features are shared spaces. Treat other learners respectfully. Do not use them for harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, spam, impersonation, cheating services, or other abusive behavior. Share only material you are allowed to use.

Current group members, including later joiners, can read available history and shared practice quizzes. Leaving or closing a group does not erase that content or copies saved by others. Study Lounge has in-app message reporting and blocking tools. Regular groups currently rely on author/owner content removal, owner member removal, leaving the group and support contact; the Lounge's report/block tools do not apply there. Membership changes may require a live quiz to finish or be cancelled. Report group abuse to bruhhdesu@gmail.com; do not send passwords, reset links or unnecessary sensitive material.

Cheating, abuse, and enforcement

Do not manipulate quizzes, activities, scores, rankings, or group results, or help others evade reasonable safeguards. EmeLearn may limit, suspend, or delete accounts and content when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or the integrity of learning activities.

Educational use

EmeLearn is an educational tool. It does not replace qualified instruction, professional advice, or independent review. Check important answers and decisions against appropriate sources.

AI-generated questions, answers and explanations, and OCR-extracted text, can be wrong or incomplete. Review imported questions and important answers against the source material. EmeLearn does not guarantee academic outcomes or the accuracy of generated content.

Processing your selected material

Requesting AI generation sends selected text, images or document content to Google's Firebase AI services. On-device OCR is a separate operation; later choosing content for AI generation or sharing sends it for that feature. Resend delivers password-recovery emails containing the recipient address and reset link. See the Privacy Policy for provider, audience, retention and deletion details.

Availability and changes

The service may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable from time to time. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the service develops.

Content and intellectual property

You keep rights you already have in content you submit, subject to the permissions needed for EmeLearn to provide the relevant feature. EmeLearn and its service materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Do not copy, misuse, or redistribute service materials except as allowed by law or permission.

Disclaimers and limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EmeLearn is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
